Loveza sells bag charms, accessories, and related fashion products.

Some products may be handmade, assembled in small batches, or sourced from different production runs. Minor variations in color, finish, texture, packaging, or detailing are normal and do not qualify as defects unless they materially affect the use of the product.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Payments
We accept online payments through the payment methods available at checkout.
At present, we do not offer cash on delivery unless specifically mentioned on the website or at checkout.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway or banking partner

• You will not initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged as suspicious, we may cancel or hold the order until the issue is resolved.

6. Shipping
We currently ship orders across India only.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary depending on courier performance, location, weather, festivals, public holidays, strikes, operational delays, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, landmark, pin code, and contact number.
If a package is delayed, returned, marked undeliverable, or lost due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, the risk of delay caused by the courier lies with the courier service, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
7. Returns & Damaged Products
Loveza accepts returns or replacements only for products received in a damaged condition.
Return Conditions:
• The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear photos and/or a video of the damaged product and packaging must be shared
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• The order number and delivery details must be provided
• The damage claim must be genuine and verifiable
Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
We may ask for additional proof, including an unboxing video, packaging images, or courier details, before approving any claim.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, minor size variation, or normal product differences that do not affect usability.
If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable resolution at our discretion, subject to verification.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, brand names, product images, graphics, text, descriptions, videos, designs, layouts, icons, and website code, is owned by Loveza or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
