5. Delivery Attempts

8. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
- Record a continuous 360° unboxing video from before opening the package.
- Take clear photographs of the package and product.
- Contact Loveza within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims are subject to verification in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

9. Lost Shipments
If your tracking status indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.
Loveza will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment. Resolution timelines depend on the courier's investigation process.

10. Serviceable Locations
Loveza currently ships to most locations across India.
In rare cases, certain PIN codes may not be serviceable due to courier network limitations. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.
